He has over 35 years experience in the Insurance restoration industry and has been specializing in the Environmental services niche of the business for the last 8 years. Todd ‘s many years of experience and organized approach to projects is a great contribution to the success and timely completion.
Vice President Operations
Michael Nottingham is Vice President Operations for the Canstar Group of Companies. In this role, Michael assumes leadership for the Canstar facilities and operations, which encompasses 12 locations across Western Canada. He is also integral to the leadership for the highly experienced and successful hazardous materials team at NorHaz Solutions. In addition, Michael sits on the safety committee and is committed to the well being and success of his team. He brings a high degree of strategic planning and operational excellence and is a leader who embodies the companies’ mission, vision, and values.
Administration Manager
Jodi Wall, Administration Manager joined the NorHaz team in 2021 and brings with her 20 plus years’ experience working in the restoration industry. She is highly organized, and detail oriented with a proven ability to manage business office functions and thrives on diverse challenges and a fast paced environment with a dedication to service excellence.

Dean Ganie is one of the founding partners of NorHaz Solutions. He has been in the Insurance Restoration Industry for 40 years and has been specializing in Environmental services for the last 15 years. Dean’s commitment to the industry integrity and customer service has been the key to NorHaz Solutions success and growth.

Business Development Manager
Doug is responsible for Marketing and Development and brings extensive management experience in both the restoration industry as well as other venues . His personal approach is evident when he first arrives on site, as well as during the process start to finish. He has worked together with Dean over the past 10 years and developed a dynamic team relationship. He holds multiple IICRC certifications.
